Description :

  • BE /B Tech in Mechanical Design from a reputed Institute
  • Implant / Apprenticeship Training in Design (Mechanical) from a reputed Institute/Organization
  • 4 – 6 years of experience in Mechanical Design.
  • Min. 2 – 4 years in high pressure pumping system design ranges up to 1000bar for various industrial applications such as mining, petrochemicals, power generation, metal processing
  • Hydraulic and mechanical engineering design, preferably on rotating equipment
  • Creating and delivering innovative engineering solutions
  • Solid Works and AutoCAD skills to a good/high level
  • Understanding of fluid power systems
  • Design of equipment for use above 100 bar
  • Design of components – Gears, Bearings, Crank shafts, Rams, Connecting Rods, Spring, System valves
  • Knowledge in mining industry applications, standards and product testing
  • Hands-on FEA / Sustainability / Stack up analysis / DFMEA and knowledge on Mould Flow / CFD
  • Hands-on GD&T per ASME Y14.5 (any year/version) and creation of manufacturing and assembly drawings per ASME / DIN / BIS drafting standards
  • Hands-on 3D modelling and 2D drafting of parts per industry standards using any of the 3D CAD software’s, SolidWorks, UGNX, Pro-E, CATIA. SolidWorks preferred
  • Knowledge of commonly used materials for high pressure and fire safe products, their key mechanical properties and application
  • Experience in modelling and drafting of complex castings, machined parts, welded frames, family parts and assemblies are required
