The incumbent will be responsible for:
– Planning and strategizing to achieve business objective of MEP LOB
– Generation of enquiries to meet business objectives as per ABP
– Conversion of enquiries to orders to meet business objectives as per ABP
– Customer management and satisfaction
– Key accounts management: Manage existing key accounts while adding to the list
– Design and estimation of tenders
– Post tender work
– Meeting clients and consultants.
– Getting the timely design and estimation of enquirers and tenders.
– Take decisions about technical financial matters and tie ups.
– Preparation of estimation based on the best prices and appropriate taxes and meeting the desired bottom lines.
– Updating knowledge on the technical and taxation front.
– Meet and develop excellent relationship with key influences such as consultants, PMC and architects
