Description :

Design and develop a product or product family.
Ensure production procedures efficiently utilize materials, methods and personnel.
Establish test procedures for quality assurance of finished product.
Should Have good knowledge on 7 QC Tools
Defect control, Defect analysis and Rework Control
Competent in design for manufacturing (DFM), Failure Mode Effect Analysis(FMEA)
Proficient in Statistical Process Control (SPC)
Reverse Engineering
Work with external resources to resolve product issues.
Work with external design resources to ensure quality design and performance.
Strong analytical, Troubleshooting and Problem solving skills
Assist in selection of material.
Able to generate Reports
