Non Voice Technical Support :

  • Candidate with 0- 2 years experience in BPO Industry
  • Responsible to provide excellent customer service, solving questions and complaints related to electronic products including high definition consumer goods, Smart phones & Tables and/or technical assistance through web-chat and email based communication tools.
  • Knowledge on networking concepts & Technical troubleshooting ISP issues /DTV/ Blue Ray Players
  • Typing Speed above 30 wpm
  • Willing to work in Night Shifts or rotational shifts (24/7)
  • Offer Products as an upgrade in service and/or offer new products.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customers’ service problems and schedule field service calls when necessary.
  • Responsible to sell and upgrade company core products in accordance with company requirements and customer needs.
  • Responsible to save customers from disconnecting services, repair, and respond to other types of inquiries.
  • Responsible to receive high volume of incoming Chat conversations and responds to inquires in a manner which meets quality and performance standards.

  • Good Knowledge on Windows Operating Systems (XP,Vista,Seven,Eight &Ten) and Macintosh
  • Effectively address customer queries by understanding challenges faced by the customer
  • Ensure you meet set process for addressing customer queries
  • Understand customer expectation clearly through effective probing
  • Set high level of performance standards for the given process/account
  • Ensure you understand expected performance standards and metrics to be achieved for a given process/account
  • Document reasons for customer dissatisfaction for all the queries and the challenges faced
  • Understand and upgrade product and process knowledge to meet required standards of customer resolution on an ongoing basis
