3+ years required, but 5 years desired in some of the following network technologies
Wireless LAN networks (Cisco solutions as preferred)
Routing, switching technologies (Cisco solutions as preferred )
Network acceleration and prioritization technologies (Cisco and Riverbed solutions as preferred)
Firewall and Intrusion Detection technologies ( Cisco and McAfee as preferred)
Data Center Networking (Cisco Nexus solutions as preferred )
VOIP, Voice communication system (Avaya/Polycom /Microsoft solutions as preferred)
DNS, DHCP and IP Space management ( Infoblox solution as preferred )
Network monitoring and management tools (NetScout, Netbrain, Cisco and HP OV solutions as preferred)
Cisco Certification CCNA (CCDA and CCNP as a plus)

Responsibilities and Tasks:

This role will focus on various Network responsibilities and technologies within IT Operations, some of the key areas being:

Install, configure, secure, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and Wireless solutions
Lead complex projects involving new features, technologies or site integrations
Find and recommend solutions for current issues or improved efficiencies
Provide an escalation point for global operational tasks
Optimize and tune network performance
Respond to incidents and service requests
Collaborate with global network operational and engineering teams
Mentoring other network engineers
