VOICE -TRAINEE CUSTOMER SUPPORT OFFICER ::

To be responsible for, among other things, maximizing Customer contact, identification and confirmation of fraudulent activity on Accounts, authorization of genuine Customer transactions.
Responding to Customer enquiries, contact documentation, handling Customer complaints.
Collects payments real time from customers debit card and credit card/ takes a commitment from customer to pay on a later date after checking affordability.
Helps customer with various payment options like Payment plans (Freeze charges) and default notice cancellation.
The phone agents’ role requires them to resolve our customers’ issues, think ahead and offer proactive solutions, use positive language throughout their interaction with the customer.

SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER ::

Should have experience in IBM FileNet, File Net P8 Process Engine (PE); File Net P8 Content Engine (CE); File Net P8 ApplicAion atEngine (E)
Must have experience in designing, implementing and supporting IBM FileNet ECM systems.Experience in FileNet P8 products like Business Process Framework (BPF) is a plus
Should have experience on building UI applications using WAT framework.
Good knowledge in JAVA/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, JDK 1.7 and above, Log4J
Candidate should be familiar with AGILE.

US MORTGAGE- PROCESS TRAINER ::

Conduct new hire training, refresher training and PKT’s as per business requirement
Need to work closely with the internal call quality and the operations team
Would also be involved in calibration with clients and internal quality teams­
Achieve set targets for processing, calibration and new hire training delivery
